We believe in the quality of our services. We do not issue refunds for change of mind. Or not turning up for your appointment.
We do not accept cancellations of long term programs. So much time and energy goes into planning these out at the start for clients. We do not issue refunds for cancellations. And we do not issue refunds for change of mind. There is however a 28 days cancellations policy for the Sisters of the Rose Collective if you wish to cancel this at any time just contact us. For sessions we will need 24 hours notice to cancel and rearrange.
