Our soul is always leading the way with it’s lessons, our intuition is always guiding us and giving us the next steps to take! It’s up to us to show up and answer the call! Even if what your intuition is telling us sometimes seems crazy – more reason to do it! it’s taking us out of your comfort zone in to the promise land – the land of opportunity where the miracles hangout! We all love them!

On those days that for one reason or another feel challenging take time out to breathe, I mean really breathe! Sometimes we forget to! Take yourself off for a walk it’s amazing what movement does for our energy, and our energy loves it, this movement is what nourishes our spirit, pulling us back into flow as it connects with the right hemisphere of the brain our intuitive and creative faculty…opening up the gateway to allow more in, more flow, more synchronicity, more opportunity, more growth, more healing and more expansion to shine our light!  Don’t dim your light remember your greatness. Keep listening to the whispers…saying yes to YOU! As long as you keep creating, keep expanding the Universe will always respond – it’s always ready to catch you!
